Speaking/Class:
Jacquie presented two time management classes to the  participants of the John's Hopkins ProHealth Look Ahead Study.  The presentation "How to Organize Your Life for Better Health!" shares tips for managing your time, so that you have more time for exercise and healthier eating.

Professional Life Coach, Youth/Parent/Family Coach Certification:
Jacquie was awarded the certification of Certified Professional Life Coach from the World Coach Institute  She so trained as a Certified Youth/Parent/Family Coach.  Jacquie will most likely abbreviate it to Certified Life & Family Coach.  She is qualified to coach clients with life issues and will specialize in helping busy moms to live their life's purpose and manage their family and households with  confidence.  Jacquie can also help today's youth to be more organized and get their lives back on track.  Most of Jacquie's coaching services will be performed by phone and will be available to English speaking clients worldwid

Certified Coach Training:
Jacquie began training to become a Certified Life Coach and Certified Parent, Youth & Family Coach with the World Coach Institute.  This new skillset will allow her to serve her organizing clients better and serve more parents, especially moms, to reach their personal and organizational goals, create more balance and reclaim their identity in order to be their authentic self.  

April 2011
NAPO Conference:
Jacquie attended the 2011 NAPO Conference and NAPO Leadership Forum for NAPO Chapter Board members,  April 6-9, 2011 in San Diego, CA.   This was Jacquie's third conference.  

Events/Community:
Jacquie participated in the United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office Health & Wellness Fair on April 27th in Columbia MD, a free event for employees.   

Speaking/NAPO Baltimore Community Event:
Jacquie shared her closet organizing tips when she presented in the PAX department of IKEA Baltimore on April 30, 2011 as a NAPO Baltimore representative.  NAPO Baltimore had approx 6-8 volunteers helping on the day.

NAPO Baltimore President:
Jacquie was voted in for a second term as the President of the National Association of Professional Organizers, Baltimore Chapter (NAPO Baltimore).  She will serve as President again for 2011-2012.

Charlene Davis of BusyMomsTips.com joined Jacquie as Moderator on "The Organized Mommy" group at CafeMom.  Charlene, owner of BusyMomsTips.com and The Write Essentials, shares her household tips and recipes on "The Organized Mommy" group with Jacquie, who has been running the group since January 2011.  The Organized Mommy is a group for any mom who needs help getting organized, managing their time and running their household. Jacquie participated in the NAPO Baltimore Get Organized Month(SM) event with IKEA Baltimore on Saturday,  January 22nd.  Jacquie and several other organizing colleagues from the NAPO Baltimore chapter partnered with IKEA to give free workshops and answer organizing questions throughout the day. TV Appearance:
Jacquie was invited to appear on the "Down to Business" program hosted by j-ref Executive Director, Michael Mobley on the Comcast TV network.  Down to Business is a half-hour program that covers the diversity of concerns, people and issues of the Howard County business community.  This episode will air in July and August, 2010.  Learn more here.

Jacquie presented class on Casting Away Your Clutter in the New Year at the Howard County Holistic Center in Columbia MD on Monday, January 11 at 7PM.   This class discussed the issues of why we hold onto clutter and offered suggestions and techniques to help change the mindset of class  participants, so that they could begin the process of finally getting rid of clutter once and for all.  It was  free and open to the public.


December 2009
Appearance:
Jacquie participated in the As You Like it Hair Salon Client Appreciation Open House in Glenelg, MD on Wednesday, December 2nd.  She shared  holiday organizing tips and was available to answer organization related questions to visitors between the hours of 11:00 and 2:00PM.   Debra McHale, Interior Designer and owner of Interior Transformations, was also be available.

Local Appearance:
Jacquie made an appearance and presented an organizing demonstration at Westwood's Breezeway's OPEN HOUSE on Saturday, February 21 and Sunday, February 22, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM.  In addition to an organizing demo, guests enjoyed faux painting, cooking, fitness and yoga demonstrations.   The Open House was to educate the public on these  upcoming workshops and fitness classes.
